Quick guide to planning OYO training for the week. Displayed below are the current weekly hours for different volume plans, as well as some suggestions for intensity workouts based on the training period.

The weekly hours and workout suggestions will update automatically every Sunday for the coming week. Weekly hour targets are listed next to their year volume (ex. “400”, 8:20). Recommended intensity workouts are listed from low intensity (green) to highest intensity (red), and are based on the target of the current phase of the training year. Use your training log to plan and keep track of your OYO workouts.
