Training Equipment
All athletes need to have proper training gear. Water bottles
and carriers are highly recommended for all workouts.
Dry land Activities
Shirts (polypro), warm-ups, hats, gloves, training shoes,
proper cover for weather. All athletes should have a dry shirt.
Rollerskiing
All athletes are required to wear helmets. Gloves are highly
recommended. Other protection such as elbow and knee pads
are optional.
Distance Hikes
Same as dryland activities, plus a light rain shell, socks,
bug repellent, sun screen.
On Snow Activities
Proper winter apparel should be worn, including hats and gloves.
